At Milestones4Kids, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive occupational and speech therapy services to children in Maryland, Virginia and DC. With a passion for empowering children to reach their full potential, we offer personalized care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Milestones4Kids provides therapy for kids in their natural environment: Home, School, Daycare, as well as in our convenient Bethesda location.

Michelle has worked with our five-year-old son for just over a year now and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Michelle (otherwise known as “Miss Shell” in our family) provided my son with absolutely foundational skills he has used all throughout his school years. He worked with her as a little guy in preschool and kindergarten to improve his hand strength, motor control, and letter recognition. He loved his visits with her and always looked forward to their time together — somehow she made every task game-like and fun. In first grade, when he was eventually diagnosed with dyslexia, his evaluator told us that she could see how positively impactful that early OT work had been for him. These days, at 15, he takes a book with him everywhere, has crazy yo-yo-ing skills, and still remembers Miss Shell so fondly.
My son has been working with Michelle Feld for over a year, and the progress he has made is incredible. Being ambidextrous, he has developed his fine motor skills remarkably well under Michelle's guidance. He has greatly improved his drawing, letter, and number recognition, boosting his confidence immensely. Most importantly, he looks forward to every session, eagerly anticipating his time “playing with Michelle.” She is warm, welcoming, and fun, and her dedication and skill have truly made a positive impact on his development.

I can't recommend Michelle Feld highly enough! She worked with only one of my four children on handwriting, since the others didn't have particular needs in OT. Now this son is our one child who writes not just acceptably but beautifully! This is amazing particularly since I remember Michelle's intervention as being so quick and painless. My only regret is that I didn't have her work with each of my kids!
Michelle worked with our daughter, Nicky, for a handful of months (we left the country; otherwise we would have worked with her as long as possible). During that short time, she made a profound impact upon Nicky's ability to learn. The progress and breakthroughs exceeded what we had thought was possible. We've worked with a number of OT's before and since and Michelle was, by far and away, the most effective. We can't recommend her highly enough.
Michelle, what is ultimately a very sad email for all of us! I have relied on you and have enjoyed watching James's progress and knowing that he was in very good hands with you. On the OT front, I always knew I would get practical, logical, excellent advice from you, and I can't say that about several of the OTs we have met along the way. You really are tremendous at what you do, and we are all so grateful for your time with James! I hope you are excited about your next step.
